This is basically just a hobby, just something I do for fun, and I made this page to add some "lore" to these fake games. A huge thanks to all these talented MIDI makers and the people who make these soundfonts.

After the success of Splatoon on the Wii U, Leapfrog came to Nintendo with an offer to adapt the game into an edutainment title on their handheld gaming system, the Leapster (as well as the Leapster 2). While Nintendo was hesitant at first, due to the catastrophic failure of Super Junior Mario, they eventually agreed.
Thankfully, Splatoon for Leapster turned out to be a moderate sucess, and brought more players into the mainline title, boosting the sales of both the game and the Wii U console.
Splatoon for Leapster consisted of the player solving math problems to defeat enemies and free baby zapfish, following the plot of the single player mode from the original game, though lacking any actual boss fights, instead replacing them with puzzle minigmes that summarize the lesson of the level in order to defeat bosses. Throughout the game, you can gain bonus points by completing a level or minigame with less than 5 mistakes, which the player can use to buy clothes and acessories to customize their player avatar.
